Red Tape at Cape

Between the USAF and NASA, there's more regs than you can shake a stick at.  Brevard County is attempting to compensate to gain commercial launch business.

I'm sure a solution can be found. It makes no sense for KSC not being utilised as a space port for the next stage in flight.

I live about 10 miles from Cape Canaveral...I certainly hope you are right.  I miss the thrill of the launch.
