Satori, is it a proven fact that YG-7 is/was scheduled to be launched from Jiuquan? The only Yaogan satellites launched from JSLC so far were built by DFH Satellite in Beijing. Yet we've got a message that the next SAST built Yaogan earlier planned for this autumn will not be launched until spring 2010...
From the usual source, there are now rumors for a launch (Yaogan-7?) by the end of this month, possibly from Taiyuan.
Still no announcement as it is 20:30 at Beijing.
I haven't heard anything about the HJ-1C mission for some time now, maybe that one?
2010The following satellites will possibly be launched as piggyback payloads?? - ?? - ?? - Tian Xun Zhe-1 (Tian Xun-1)

The inscription within the launch patch is "TianXun-1 Satellite Controll Commemoration" and the card was issued (date of postmark) on Nov 5th 2008. No indication if TianXun-1 was a separate payload or another designation for Shiyan-3 or CX-1(02).

According to the last rumor, there could be a launch during the first half of November.Edit on Nov 4 Yaogan-7 launch now expected during the last third of November.
I supose that this rumor comes from the usual chinese source. But do they specifically say that it will be the YaoGan-7 launch?

From the usual source and also others, the launch of Tianhui-1 (aka Ziyuan-3, mass 2630 kg) on CZ-4B from Taiyuan is now expected for 2011.Xiwang-1 has a mass of 35 kg and is intended for an SSO orbit at 499km, it should be launched as co-passenger of a main SSO mission (could it be Yaogan-7 ?)
Some months ago there were some rumors that the launch of XW-1 was scheduled to take place with HJ-1C (last informations said that HJ-1C will be launched next year).
