I was under the impression that Eumetsat firmly ordered Soyuz-ST launches for Metop-SG A1 & B1. But apparently delays and higher demand for Gallileo forced the transition to Ariane 6.
I think for several launches; dots can be connected. for example:
2024
March - MetOp-SG A1 (EPS-SG-a, Sentinel-5A) - Ariane 62 - Kourou ELA-4 (or Q2)
Q1 - MLS #2 (550km, Inclination 88°) - Ariane 62 - Kourou ELA-4

2025
Midyear - FLEX (Fluorescence Explorer satellite) [Earth Explorer 8] - Vega C - Kourou ELV
Midyear - ALTIUS (Atmospheric Limb Tracker for Investigation of the Upcoming Stratosphere) - Vega C - Kourou ELV

MetOp-SG A1 is the main payload on the Ariane 62 MLS #2 launch.
Flex and Altius will launch on a shared Vega-C launch.

I think it's highly likely the Proba-3 will launch on a Vega not Vega C. It's a lightweight payload to an odd orbit (highly elliptical at 59deg inclination).

The launch list is way to long. Arianespace doesn't have this many launches in their backlog. Sorry for repeating myself on this point.
For example only Sentinel 1C has firmly been ordered, all other SSO Sentinel satellites have not been firmly ordered.
Also as far as I know, SpaceRider is stil in early study phase. The decision still has to be made to fully develop it.
Also the decision to fully develop Vega-C+/ Vega-E+ and Vega light still have to be made.

In my opinion the Arianespace launch schedule should be the launch backlog. But it also includes the European missions that are in the pipeline. I think a clearer distinction between backlog and pipeline would improve this topic.
AFAIK the Arianespace backlog does not have launches planned beyond 2026.

Then there is the question how to deal with other European launch providers; PLDspace Miura 5, ISAR Spectrum, RFA One, just to name a few. When these are available it's much less obvious smaller payloads, for example Sentinel-7/12 will launch via Arianespace.
When

TBD • Ariane 5 • MEASAT 3d & GSAT 24
Launch window: TBD
Launch site: ELA-3, Kourou, French Guiana
Arianespace will use an Ariane 5 ECA rocket, designated VA257, to launch the MEASAT 3d and GSAT 24 communications satellites. Built by Airbus Defense and Space for MEASAT, a Malaysian operator, MEASAT 3d is a multi-mission communications satellite outfitted with C-band, Ku-band, and Ka-band payloads for direct-to-home TV broadcasting and internet services over Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. GSAT 24 is a direct-to-home TV broadcasting satellite for the Indian Space Research Organization. Delayed from April. [April 9]
...
June • Vega C • LARES 2
Launch time: TBD
Launch site: ZLV, Kourou, French Guiana
It would be nice if they stated a source for the launch delays.
The reason for the VA257 delay is most likely problems with transporting the satellites to CSG.

Galaxy 35 launch Q4 2022:
FCC Filing for Galaxy 35

SAT-RPL-20220414-00041

Quote
The satellite, which is scheduled to launch in the fourth quarter of 2022, will enable Intelsat to more intensively use the 4000-4200 MHz band, thereby facilitating the successful transition of existing services to the upper 200 MHz of C-band spectrum ahead of the clearing deadlines without any disruption to customers.

VA257 launch June 17:
SES-STA-INTR2022-01195

Quote
Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein requests 30 days of Special Temporary Authority (“STA”), commencing June 17, 2022, to use its Riverside, California C-band earth station, Call Sign E040125, to provide launch and early orbit phase (“LEOP”) services for the GSAT-24 satellite. GSAT-24 is expected to launch on June 17, 2022.2 Intelsat expects the LEOP period to last approximately 20 days.

There are at least 2 filings, I think this is the most recent, I don't know what the difference is.

Already figured out the logic behind this schedule.
A1 +1Y = B1. Replacement satellites are launched 7 years after the previous is launched.
Most likely A1, B1, A2 and B2 could operate all at the same time between 2032 and ~2036.
I made a ESA/European payload list years back. From that I can conclude that A1 had had a >3year launch schedule delay. Because of MetOp-C this isn't really a problem.
They are very likely to all launch on Ariane 62 with rideshare to SSO (MLS). But EUMETSAT ordered Soyuz-ST launches for MetOP-SG A1 & B1. But by 2024 Ariane 6 will be mature enough, and the Soyuz isn't currently available. So the delay might have automatically solved a problem.

Only the METOP-SG A1 & B1 are on the launch manifest for Arianespace, EUMETSAT hasn't ordered the other launches and isn't likely to order them the next five years.

The Galaxy geocommsats in-service annual quarters; not launch annual quarters:
The in service date has been postponed, quarterly report from March 31st. (not paying attention  :( )

The Harmony mission will employ two satellites, which will orbit with one of the Copernicus Sentinel-1 satellites, flying in two different formations. In stereo formation, the Harmony satellites will be positioned at 350 kilometres in front of and behind the Sentinel-1 satellite. In close flight formation, both Harmony satellites will fly relatively close to one another – approximately 200–500 metres apart – and at a distance of 350 kilometres from Sentinel-1

To complete the Arianespace launch backlog, I think:
There are 5 Ariane 5 ECA launches remaining, all with two GTO satellites.
And 2 Vega launches. AFAIK BIOMASS and Proba III.
So total backlog is (29+5+7+2=) 43 launches.
If I'm not mistaken there were 10-12 Soyuz launches in the orderbook, but these are frozen.
6 for Oneweb most from Baikonour / Vostochny.
2 for EUSPA Gallileo. (possibly using Metop-SG launchers)
2 for EUMETSAT Metop-SG (>4mT SSO) (possibly already converted into Ariane 6)
2 for ESA, Euclid (>2mT L2) & EarthCARE (Earth Explorer-6)/ASAP-S #1 (>2.35mT SSO)
I think Euclid will be very difficult to find an alternative launcher for.
