What kind of launch pad issue is it that's causing the countdown to be held? Is it a faulty connector/umbilical?

Well they postponed twice due to issues with connectors, wonder if its reoccurred?

Issue on a valve of the EPC has pushed H0 to 18.38 Kourou Time. Final Automatic Sequence will start at 18.31
