SES-18 & SES-19 are scheduled to launch in Q1, so that is a possibility, while Galaxy 37 is Q2.Intelsat 40e (with TEMPO) is also a possibility, that launch is NET March 7th.

I don't see any other potential FCC apps that would cover O3b
