Earlier reports said that a Soyuz-FG will be used (not that it's much of a difference, but I want to set the records straight....).

So the two satellites with orange insulation are the near-identical Kanopus and BelKA. I think that's MKA-FKI in front and probably exactView-1 (ADS-1b) peeking out at the back; where is TET-1?
I'm confused. Is this a Russian government or commercial launch? Either way, will it be broadcasted anywhere?
