why is this 2.1A assembled and taken to the pad, isn't there supposed to be a 2.1B for Meteor or something launching in november?
Do we know if either Kanopus-V #3 or #4 are meant to replace Kanopus-V #1, creating a 2-satellite constellation?Or are they both meant to augment the preceding satellite's capability, creating a 3-satellite constellation?
