Just watched the closeout crew's farewell on YouTube since I didn't get to see it live. Almost lost it.....leaving work now and think it's finally starting to set in, choking up as I write this now......I need a beer....Once again, thank you all for your support of Human Space Flight and the Space Shuttles. Please, PLEASE...... Show your appreciation for these awesome machines by visiting them in their final homes.....Padrat out....

As the program draws to a close, many space shuttle team members are making the most of the final flights. And of course, that includes the Closeout Crew.TRAVIS THOMPSON/CLOSEOUT CREW LEAD: I'll probably just stand over there in the corner and soak it in, and try and remember as much as I can, and hope that another program comes along and I get to do this again.
