I wonder if HTV 2 will be delayed if STS-134 launches in February, or perhaps will be moved to Node 2 Zenith CBM

I think the February date took the unberthing date of HTV-2 into consideration.

It appears that the stage EVA's have slipped and been incremented.
This is from the latest ISS status report:

08/05/10 -- US EVA-15 (Caldwell/Wheelock) -- day tentative
08/17/10 -- US EVA-16 (Caldwell/Wheelock) -- day tentative

Node 2 Zenith is a contingency case only.  It is very complicated and would not have full functionality so it will only be used in the case of really last resort.

Now :
TMA-07M : Ford, Novitski, Tarelkin
