The full TROPICS constellation will make observations more often than what is possible with current weather satellites. When they reach orbit, these TROPICS satellites will join the TROPICS Pathfinder satellite which is already in orbit.

All four TROPICS satellites need to be deployed into their operational orbit within a 60-day period.

Starlink 2-9:
https://www.spacex.com/launches/mission/?missionId=sl2-9
Quote
SpaceX is targeting Wednesday, May 10 at 1:09 p.m. PT (20:09 UTC) for a Falcon 9 launch of 51 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. If needed a backup opportunity is available on Thursday, May 11 at 12:55 p.m. PT (19:55 UTC).

The first stage booster supporting this mission previously launched Space Development Agency’s Tranche 0 and one Starlink mission [= B1075.3]. Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

Starlink 5-9:
SFN Launch Schedule update, May 9:
May 14 04:19 UTC = 12:19 am EDT

That's the start time of the Space Debris NGA notice.

I used ~~~03:02 in the update I posted on Ars Technica. (The number of tildes I use (zero to three) indicates my confidence level that it will be the actual launch time.) This aligns with the 03:52 launch time for May 12. The launch time moves roughly 25 minutes earlier each day.
