No, as the header tanks are quite small relative to main (~30 tons vs 1200 tons). Only uses very tip of the nose.

I’m really excited to learn more about these heat shields. @elonmusk, how much more durable are they than the Shuttle TPS? Are they just bolted onto the frame or how are they mounted? Do they ablate or just insulate? It’s cool they’re uniform! 👌
Mechanically attached to steel studs. Insulation is certainly the intention!
It's called stud welding. You can attach a bolt without creating a hole 😉And this video is interesting. Someday in starship production line you can actually install many bolts using a robots!
