Vanotti on OneWeb launch plans: we have an agreement with SpaceX for a few Falcon 9 launches and NSIL for GSLV Mark III. Our plan is to be back on the pad in the 4th quarter and complete deployment by the 2nd quarter of 2023. Full global service by the end of 2023. #SWFSummit22
Looks like Relativity Space is the 3rd launch provider from Oneweb Constillation other than ISRO and SPACEX.Note: the tweet was deleted.

The OneWeb situation is looking like a boon for new commercial launch entrants. The first flight for any customer is the hardest one to get, but OneWeb is in a quandry. They would prefer not to use SpaceX (a competitor), ULA and Ariane have no available rockets, Russia is off the table for political reasons, as is (I presume) China for ITAR reasons. Hence they are willing to give a chance to anyone with a promising technology and room on the manifest.
