It seems like a wise move to spread the remaining launches over one more provider. And good to see that they can get a launch with ISRO this year.

One of the few OneWeb sats not to have its orbit raised to the operational constellation, SL0251, has been kept in a slowly decaying 450 km orbit since mid-2021. It has now begun active orbit lowering and is expected to reenter in the coming months.

The other big constellation is OneWeb, with 427 satellites currently in orbit. They have had very few retirements - see https://planet4589.org/space/stats/owx/owstats.html.  One that is currently being retired without having gone to the 1200 km op'l orbit is SL0251, whose orbit history is shown here..

Eutelsat: Anyone know how to get 36 OneWeb satellites out of Kazakhstan?

Quote from: spaceintelreport.com
Broadband satellite service provider OneWeb has accelerated production of its satellites to account for the fact that 36 of them remain on the ground at Russia’s Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan with no obvious way to get out.

OneWeb Satellites, the Florida-based joint venture between Airbus Defence and Space and OneWeb, has been able to produce additional satellites so that the company can complete its Gen 1 constellation of 648 spacecraft in the coming months.

:)
The usual remedy for this type of situation. Is to have a local fixer pass a large brown envelope to a local official to overlook the repo retrieval of the goods by the owner. In this case maybe a large briefcase due to the value of the goods.
:)

AIUI, the above remedy action is illegal for the Nationals of most of the Western countries.

Not in Russia itself : more in Russian territory leased from Kazakhstan ;)

Connectivity performance on last month's test flight was outstanding, reaching 260Mbps download speeds and 80Mpbs upload speed, with a network latency of well under 100ms.
