It's a positive time, so rather than trawling back through a sudden flood of report to mods...Keep Calm and Falcon Heavy.--People ignored this, so now I'm trimming the thread. You only have yourselves to blame! Thread title helps you. "SpaceX FH : Falcon Heavy Demo : early 2018 : Discussion" <---we have threads for general FH stuff and most of it was about comparing with Shuttle, which is both wrong and totally not on topic.Sent most of the longer off topic posts back to the members who created them. Personally I'd let you all go nuts, but people complain, lots of people. For a short while there today when the "FH demo mission discussion thread" became "FH vs. STS? Which could lift more payload and do it more economically? (Thread 96,214)".EDIT: quoting Chris' comment for context

"The Flying Cars and Landing Rockets Party Thread"(Only two characters longer than the Manifest thread title, so it should be a cromulent length.)

[FH will]...put the roadster in a useful orbit.
From the Poll on how Heavy will turn out:Quote from: Lar on 12/29/2017 07:21 pm[FH will]...put the roadster in a useful orbit. Just what is the usefulness criteria for the orbit of a used Tesla Roadster? I'm sure Lar just meant a viable orbit or one that would be useful for a hypothetical payload, but the wording tickled me.
Basically, it's obvious Friday is off, but it's still on the pad this morning and there's claims there may be another WDR taking place right now. Working on it (the info). Will see if SpaceX will say something. Zuma Rules make this hard.
What are the chances Zuma is a total mind job and with todays announcemen, it's actually going polar. After all, it is best over ice.

Even if the side boosters have been mistakenly programmed to land in the same place I think it should still be seen as a success as long as the centre core is recovered.Stranger things have happened.
Obviously they need to program in some collision avoidance, perhaps some Tesla lane control.
