I live in central Texas and I know that about 90 minutes after a launch from Florida, the second stage sometimes passes over Texas and if its shortly after sunset, we can see it. I could be wrong but it seems heavily dependent on the inclination of the launch.

The NSF NextFlight app does seem to show the trajectory so if this is public information somewhere, where would I get the specifics and what app/process could I use to determine where it will pass over head?

One time I used the NSF app and google earth and guessed it would go over west Texas and ended up seeing it, so I assume that with some actual data and a process I could get pretty accurate. If I can actually predict it fairly reliably, I can tell friends about evening launches and maybe even go to a hilltop to view, but would rather have ~90%+ confidence.
