From new ESA bulletin:

"ESA, Eumetsat and Starsem have agreed to fix the MetOp-B launch window as 9 April to 20 May 2012"

"The selection of launch services for the two satellites was finalised on 29 June of one Rockot (Sentinel-2A) and one Vega (Sentinel-2B) launch"

According to http://www.russianspaceweb.com/2011.html, QuetzSat-1 launch is planned on September 30th, ViaSat-1 launch - in the middle of October or in the middle of November, AsaSat 7 launch - in the middle of November or in the beginning of December, Sirius FM-6 launch - in the end of December.

Federal Space Agency still shows it as Sept 29.

SES-4 launch is planned on November 16th, Glonass-M launch - on November 22nd, launch of six Globalstar-2 - on December 5th, Luch-5A/Amos-5 launch - on December 10th, AsiaSat 7 launch - on December 28th.
