He properly said, that in the numbering scheme russian B(ve) identical to latin C(see) as  third letter.

True, but Satori's reply with Cyrillic font is better. How about I just call it "Soyuz 2.1 version 3". :)

That's not the way russians call it. I don't understand why western's should change the designation of russian launchers or russian space vehicles (that was the way on the Cold War when we didn't knew the true designation of Soviet launchers - remember the Charles Sheldon designations; does anyone still use those?). If they call it Soyuz 2.1V, that's the name of the launcher.

Two Globalstar launches are scheduled in September 2010 and December 2010 or beginning of 2011, and two more launches in 2011.

One more satellite for ILS/Proton backlog: Intelsat 23, with predicted launch in late 2011. It is suitable for dual launch.

According to Novosti kosmonavtiki forum, the launch of second Meteor-M satellite is planned in the second half of 2011.

Quote from http://www.spacenews.com/civil/100205-esa-embraces-in-orbit-demos.html

"Christer Nilsson, Prisma program manager at the Swedish National Space Board, said Dnepr managers have agreed to transfer the launch to the Russian-run Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan if no drop-zone approval is given by late February. A Baikonur launch likely would not occur before August at the earliest, Nilsson said"

The SES-3 satellite, the third in SES’s multi-satellite procurement agreement with Orbital Sciences, will mark the 5th SES mission for ILS/Proton in 2010-11. SES-3 is intended to replace existing spacecraft over the Americas.

The mission for the launch of SES-3 with Proton will be to insert the three-ton satellite into geostationary transfer orbit"
