According to http://www.russianspaceweb.com/2010.html Intelsat 16 will be launched in the beginning of February, EchoStar 14 - in the beginning of March, AMC-4R - in the beginning of April, Arabsat-5A - in the beginning of May and OS-1 - after the beginning of May 2010.

But according to http://www.pmddtc.state.gov/reports/congnotices/111/061-09.pdf AMC-4R and OS-1 is the same satellite: "ILS now seeks authorization for the integration and launch of the AMC-4R (aka OS-1) Commercial Communication Satellite for SES Satellite Leasing Limited (SES SL) of the United Kingdom"

About launch of QuetzSat-1:

http://www.pmddtc.state.gov/reports/congnotices/111/078-09.pdf

"Launch is scheduled in August 4th, 2011"

About launch of ViaSat-1:

http://www.pmddtc.state.gov/reports/congnotices/111/080-09.pdf

"The launch is scheduled between 1 February 2011 through 30 June 2011"

About launches of SkyTerra satellites:

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/756502/000075650209000051/d10q.htm

"The Company had previously targeted a March 2010 through May 2010 launch window for SkyTerra-1 with International Launch Services (ILS) based on the delivery schedule projected by its satellite manufacturer, Boeing Satellite Systems (Boeing). In July, 2009, Boeing informed the Company that the SkyTerra-1 satellite is now expected to be available in the second quarter of 2010, requiring the rescheduling of the launch window. Based on this information, the Company has rescheduled the launch window to be August 2010 through October 2010"

"The launch of SkyTerra-2 continues to be expected to occur in the fourth quarter of 2010 or the first quarter of 2011, within all regulatory milestones"

According to http://www.russianspaceweb.com/2010.html Intelsat 16 will be launched in the beginning of February, EchoStar 14 - in the beginning of March, AMC-4R - in the beginning of April, Arabsat-5A - in the beginning of May and OS-1 - after the beginning of May 2010.

...

Arabsat launch info is corrected. Now says "Early May: Proton rocket with Breeze M upper stage to launch Arabsat-5B (marketing name: BADR-5) communications satellite."

Since Garpun will use a Block-DM upper stage, I would consider DirecTV-12 the more likely candidate

Garpun will use Briz-M. I am mistaken in plan. I have corrected it now.

W7 to use RD-276*, I assume former DirecTV-12 launcher; does Garpun need that much lift?

http://www.spacenews.com/satellite_telecom/091106-globalstar-cuts-costs-awaiting-new-fleet.html

"Launch of the first six second-generation satellites is now expected to occur in August aboard a Russian Soyuz rocket operated from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. The company managing the launch contract, Arianespace of Evry, France, has said a second launch would occur in 2010, with the two remaining missions slated for 2011"

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/908937/000095012309058553/c92013e10vq.htm

"SIRIUS has an agreement with Space Systems/Loral for the design and construction of a sixth SIRIUS satellite. In January 2008, SIRIUS entered into an agreement with International Launch Services (“ILS”) to secure a satellite launch on a Proton rocket. We currently expect to launch this satellite in the fourth quarter of 2011"

"Space Systems/Loral has constructed a fifth satellite, XM-5, for use in the XM system. In 2006, XM entered into an agreement with Sea Launch to secure a launch for XM-5. In June 2009, Sea Launch filed for bankruptcy protection under Title 11 of the United States Code and as a result, XM recorded a charge of $24,196 to Restructuring, impairments and related costs in our unaudited consolidated statements of operations for amounts previously paid, including capitalized interest. In October 2009, XM Holdings terminated its satellite launch agreement with Sea Launch with the consent of the Bankruptcy Court. In October 2009, we entered into an agreement with ILS to secure a satellite launch for XM-5 on a Proton rocket. We currently expect to launch XM-5 in the second or third quarter of 2010"

http://www.infoterra.de/terrasar-x/tandem-x-mission.html

"TanDEM-X (TerraSAR-X add-on for Digital Elevation Measurements) is a second, very similar spacecraft that will orbit in a close formation flight with TerraSAR-X, scheduled to be launched in early 2010"

I was told there will be two Proton-M launches in December - with Glonass-M satellites on 14th and with Raduga-1M on 24th.

Information about possible Raduga launch has http://www.russianspaceweb.com/2009.html

"Before the end of December (?): A Proton K/Block DM-2 to launch a Globus military communications satellite from Baikonur"
