If you read the PR release:

"The launch of the Azerspace-2/Intelsat-38 satellite for Azercosmos and Intelsat has been rescheduled for this summer, following VA244. The planned date and the co-passenger will be announced shortly."

meaning, if (maybe they already have..looking at the wording) they find a co-passenger, VA243 with Intelsat-38/Azerspace-2 plus X as co-passenger, will be launched after VA244 (July) and before VA245 (October)

so, VA243 probably in August pending confirmation of the co-passenger and launch schedule of the Vega launch also planned for august

ISRO Chairman says GSAT-11 recall 'not because they found a glitch', but that they wanted to do 'additional tests' to ensure its success (most likely to prevent another power bus failure of the kind GSAT-6A encountered earlier this month).

The satellite is still in Guiana according to this report and an ISRO team is working out the modalities to bring it back to India.

Quote
Talking to TOI, Isro chairman Dr K Sivan said, “Gsat-11 has been recalled from French Guiana not because of any glitch. We want to carry out more tests on the satellite to ensure its launch is glitchfree.”

He said, “Our team in French Guiana is working on modalities to bring the satellite back to India. After all the tests and checks on Gsat-11 in India, we will decide on its next launch date.”

Isro is taking all precautions for satellite launches especially after the agency lost communication link with its recently launched satellite Gsat-6A.

An AN-124 left Cayenne on the 3rd and is currently flying in a holding pattern near Bengaluru.  I would guess that's the one taking GSAT-11 home.

The October is reserved for BepiColombo!

Press reports from Azerbaijan say: Azerspace-2 will launch in Summer.
http://novosti.az/society/26402.html

Upper partners for Azerspace-2:
HellasSat-4 slips to the end of the year. https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=6114.msg1832750#msg1832750

Horizons 3e will launch in H2 JSAT-FY 2018 (To be scheduled) [Oct. 2018 - March 2019] and is probably to heavy for Azerspace-2.

Remains only GSAT-11 as upper passenger for VA-243.

So my very speculative speculation is, Ariane-5 VA-243 with GSAT-11 and Azerspace-2 will launch on
September 4. or 5. 2018.  ;D

Volga-Dnepr filed paperwork to transport something from SSL to Cayenne in the July 19-25 timeframe.  Would that be the Azerspace-2/Intelsat 38 satellite?

Remaining 2018 SSL Candidates include Azerspace-2/Intelsat 38 and Eutelsat 7C which per NSF schedules are reported NET August 2018 for launch dates with GSAT-11.

Are you sure that Gsat-11 will fly on September 5th ? Where is the satellite at the moment ? Has it left India ?
