Actual answer: Yes, there will be a high-bandwidth channel from the lander.

Silly answer: Yes, there will be multiple high-bandwidth video streams from the tourists on the surface from the private SpaceX landing mission that got there first.

The silly answer reminded me of a mockumentary sketch performed at a Brazilian high school nearly 40 years ago. The sketch had a couple of scenes with the last one being Pedro Alvares Cabral arriving in Brazil in April 1500 and being greeted by the tribes that lived in that area and a tourist from the US taking pictures of Brazil's discovery.

On a more serious side, I would not be surprised if there was at least one remote camera either deployed before landing or between SpaceX's HLS landing and the crew exiting the ship.

In particular, the uncrewed HLS demo mission flies before Artemis III, and the demo HLS  can either re-land after its ascent demonstration, or it can deploy a nice big camera system, or both. The usefulness will depend on whether or not it will land near the Artemis III landing site.
