KOUNOTORI2 Completes Third Height Adjustment Maneuver

KOUNOTORI2 performed the third Height Adjustment Maneuver (HAM2) at 2:22 p.m., January 27, 2011.
Once KOUNOTORI2 enters the proximity communications zone (23 km from the ISS), KOUNOTORI2 will establish communications with the Proximity Communication System (PROX) on board the ISS. Then, guided by the relative GPS navigation, KOUNOTORI2 will reach 5km behind the ISS, Approach Initiation (AI) point, at 3:08 p.m. January 27.

KOUNOTORI2 Reaches 5km behind the ISS

KOUNOTORI2 arrived at 5km behind the ISS, the Approach Initiation (AI) point, at 3:08 p.m., January 27.
At the AI point, KOUNOTORI2 holds its approach and maintains the distance from the ISS while waiting for approval for further approach to the ISS.

KOUNOTORI2 Resumes Approach to the ISS

KOUNOTORI2 left the AI point and resumed its approach toward the ISS at 5:25 p.m., January 27. Approximately one hour later, KOUNOTORI2 will reach 500m below the ISS, called R-bar Initiation (RI) point. From the RI point, KOUNOTORI2 will move closer to the ISS.

looks like the station and HTV are in the ZOE right now, should get TDRSS back after flying around Australia.

Go for HTV procedure checkout, step 5, HTV now closing in from 250 meters
