(Note the great thing about our store is international distribution hubs, such as US orders being shipped from the US and European orders being shipped from Europe. No customs charges when it's just shipping from "overseas"!)

Does the store ship metal prints to Canada? I am trying to check out and when I get to the shipping section it says you do not ship to my location. I have bought stuff from the shop in the past with no issues.

Just checked out the new calendars, nice work again!

Just a small issue, both calendars have the starbase version of the description  ;)

I have been trying for a few weeks to talk to someone via email about a damaged metal print I was gifted and neither the person who gave it to me or I have gotten a reply. Is there something going wrong with the email form on the shop page?

If the person who gifted it has a first name beginning with a V, yes, we've been trying to reply to that person but that person's e-mail clearly has issues as we never get a response. We check the store e-mail every day for the record.

Don't know what else to do but post here...

I ordered a metal print on 11/18/23 (Order# 26735) and as yet have not seen it. I've used the "Contact Us" form in the store twice now but no reply.

Think you could check on this for me?

A good time to say I have absolutely no problem, and encourage, PMing me if anyone need a quick answer. I'm always around and I can check orders from my access point :)
