Dragon and Cygnus seem to have dropped off the list again...
There will be the test reboost on December 1st. During it Zvezda's engines will cutoff with the using of data from U.S. accelerometers, not by command of onboard timer, as always. It will allow in future to perform more precise reboosts.
How well did the new control scheme work?
From ISS On-Orbit Status Report for 10/12/2011.ISS Reboost Update:A one-burn reboost of the ISS was performed yesterday as planned at 7:50 PM GMT using the two KD engines of the SM’s ODU (Integrated Propulsion System) for a burn duration of 1m 22s, achieving a Delta-V of 1.33 m/s (planned: 1.3 m/s), increasing mean altitude by 2.36 km (planned: 2.3 km). After the burn, ISS was at 393.1 km mean altitude, with 413.4 km apogee height and 372.8 perigee height. The purpose of the reboost, the 2nd of 2, was to set up proper phasing for the Soyuz TMA-03M/29S launch & rendezvous. This was also the 2nd time the US SIGI (Space Integrated GPS/Inertial Navigation System) accelerometers were used for closed loop guidance of the reboost, and all worked well. The reboost was within 3% of the target burn, i.e., an excellent performance. After the reboost, SM thrusters were again connected to the FGB propellant tanks to handle attitude control and desaturation firings.
Are you simply waiting for an official or just more reliable indication that the other dates have also been moved back?
The plan of Russian EVAs in 2013: EVA-33 - June, EVA-34, 35 - August, EVA-36, 37, 38 - October, EVA-39, 40 - January 2014.
What will be their objectives? Are they connected to the delivery of MLM?

Progress M-19M undocking
I have learned that US EVA-19 will now be performed this summer, possibly to R&R some failed ORUs (SASA + MBSU-1). I'll try and find out more

Maybe US EVA-18? Joseph Acaba said during preflight press-conference in Houston that the crew has one possible US EVA but it depends on traffic.
