During press-conference at GCTC today Sunita Williams has answered to my question about US EVA-18. It will be (more likely) at the end of August. Spacewalkers will be Williams and Hoshide. Tasks will be: MBSU-1 replace; route of electrical cables on USOS for power of MLM; camera replace; PMA-2 cover installation; something with camera on JEM.

something with camera on JEM.
Progress M-16M will be launched at 19:35 UTC on August 1st and docked seven hours later.

If that's possible, why do they normally "hang around" in orbit for a couple of days before docking? Has there been some change in the system to allow this to happen? Why is it not happening on later flights?
