Well, the NOTAMed area is not what I'd expect for CZ-2D.A similar area was in use on 30 May 2020 with CZ-11 / XJS-G, XJS-H.
My guess is that A6504/22 is in fact related to https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=57649.0 and not to the known CZ-2D at all.
