I am curious- two things.
     1. Does external footage exist of the booster's descent to the Gulf of Mexico? And if so- where is it?

     2. Does the same type of footage exist for Starship's descent?

I understand these would definitely be low-quality, but I just would like to know if is exists.

First, welcome to the forum!
Second, I'm hopeful that the NASA chase plane will have airborn video of the Booster return from space, but I don't know when that will become public.
Third, I doubt seriously there were any video assets deployed over the Indian Ocean, unless some satellite (or loitering spy plane) happened to catch something of the Starship return. I'd love to be surprised.
