Via Blue Origin twitter: Ready for lift off! New Shepard is gearing up for its ninth mission. We’ll be doing a high altitude escape motor test – pushing the rocket to its limits. Launch is tomorrow. Details on live webcast to come.

Interview with Jeff Bezos on Recode, and he talks about New Shepard:

Quote
Bezos, who also runs Blue Origin, a rocket company he called the “most important thing I’m working on,” is also focused on sending people into space on what he called a “tourism mission.”

Bezos wants to launch this mission next year.

“I’m hopeful that that will happen in 2019,” Bezos said Monday when he spoke at the Wired Summit in San Francisco. “I was hopeful it would happen in 2018. I keep telling the team it’s not a race. I want this to be the safest space vehicle in the history of space vehicles.”
If we don't continuously lower the cost to access space, how are we ever going to afford to expand humanity out into space?

I took a few pictures of New Shepard July, 2017 that I thought people might like to see.  You might recognize some of the people in some of the photos.  I also thought the details of the landing legs were interesting.
