For some reason SpaceX didn't post what booster this is flying on when they added the mission page...

https://www.spacex.com/launches/sl-11-15

Quote
SpaceX’s Falcon 9 is targeting the launch of 28 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX. You can also watch the webcast on the X TV app.

There is the possibility that residents of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may hear one or more sonic booms during the launch, but what residents experience will depend on weather and other conditions.

Perhaps they are using a new first stage. Attached is the PDF of online press kit, which still hasn't been updated with information on the first stage.

After days with the information lacking, the website finally updated to show B1088 flying this launch on its 12th flight:

Quote
This is the 12th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched NROL-126, Transporter-12, SPHEREx, NROL-57, and seven Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

There was a recent report that a booster recently seen at McGregor is one moving from West to East, and this assignment almost certainly confirms B1075 - one planned as a Falcon Heavy side booster but never used as such - as the one in question, similar to B1073 & B1076 that were expended in launches this year (which means it may be planned for the same fate). The same list also includes B1092.
