SpaceflightNow (Updated March 21)
Launch NET May 1st

https://spaceflightnow.com/launch-schedule/
But the same source says that Starliner CFT is "late April". There are only two IDSS ports on ISS, and Crew Dragon 6 is docked to one of them until August, so AX-2 cannot dock until CFT undocks. Earliest CFT docking will be after Cargo Dragon undocks (unknown but almost certainly after 15 April), and we can guess that CFT will remain docked for at least a week.

I conclude that May 1st is very aggressive.
AIUI ULA can only conduct one launch at a time. Personnel have to be shuffled around the company to support a launch.

Since NROL-68 on the  Delta IV Heavy is supposedly launching on April 20th. Any delays with that will push Starliner CFT launch to the right by several weeks. Also Starliner might fail the Florida environment challenge again.

So Axiom scheduled their AX-2 mission so that if the Starliner CFT gets delay for any reason. The Axiom AX-2 Crew Dragon will exchange places with the CFT Starliner on the ISS visitinig vehicle schedule.

The Boeing Commercial Crew program is a never ending soap opera. ::)

We’re adjusting the @Space_Station schedule including the launch date for our Boeing Crew Flight Test as teams assess readiness and complete verification work. CFT now will launch following Axiom Mission 2 for optimized station operations. (1/2)

Target launch dates for Ax-2, still planned in early May, and Starliner will be shared soon. We’ll plan a media update after we have the space station schedule set. As always, we will fly when we are ready. (2/2)

With ViaSat-3 now NET 18th April, it might be SpaceX that struggles to be ready for May 2.

(Changing from FH to crewed is bound to take more than 2 weeks.)

There have been 5 FH launches. The first 3 seem to be from before pad availability was a limiting factor, so their data is not helpful. For the most recent two, we have:
     FH4    Nov 1 2022, next F9 on 39A  26 Nov = 25 days
     FH5    Jan 15 2023                             2 Feb  = 18 days.

I don't know if conversion from FH to Crew takes longer than FH to non-crew. How much of the work can be done in parallel?

For extra datapoints, perhaps it is also worth looking at conversion other way especially as this gives us a crew to FH conversion.
5 Oct 22 _Crew5 _ to _1 Nov 22 FH USSF-44 27 days
17 Dec 22 Starlink to 15 Jan 23 FH USSF-67_29 days (but Xmas)

The 18 days seems quite an improvement from 25+ so I doubt there is a lot more room for further improvement, but there could be some. Perhaps my >14 days is too confident, and there could be more room for the time to be cut than I was thinking. However, we also can't be sure ViaSat-3 will get away on 18th.

The announcement of the #Ax2 launch date makes it official! Earlier this week @Astro_Peggy & @JohnPShoffner discussed how collaboration with commercial space is the future.

Has Axiom other ex-NASA astronauts employed besides Lopez-Alegria and Whitson, who could command a mission to the ISS?
