I wonder who would have precedence if the Delta IV launch will be delayed again. Would the NRO's NROL-44 payload or the Air Force's GPS-III SV04 launch first?

So it's a bit ambiguous whether that's actually replacing the previous entry?

Not any more.  As I expected, I received a "corrected copy" notice which includes the cancelation:

Trying to keep track of 3 4 launches slipping around with two of them having different local and UTC dates at times is getting confusing.

Next Spaceflight has 3,880 kg. https://nextspaceflight.com/launches/details/101

Air Force says 8,115 lbs (3,680 kg) but that's from 2012 and for GPS-III in general, not SV04 specifically. https://www.losangeles.af.mil/About-Us/Fact-Sheets/Article/343728/gps-iii/

Any public news about the transportation and erection of the LV on the pad? It's about time, yes?

With the Delta launch now rescheduled for 9/30, 11:54pm EDT, I'm thinking SpaceX can't also have the range at 7:51pm EDT on the same date?  I know we're 20 years into the 21st century, but I don't think the range can handle a four-hour turnaround, correct?

If the DIVH is tomorrow then this flight will be delayed.

I believe the shortest time between launches on different launch pads so far is 11 hours, but that’s with F9’s Autonomous Flight Safety System.

Not sure the 2 hours between the two launches will be enough. Definitely would need a lot longer if Delta is flying first due to legacy manual systems.
