Will the Starlink 6-5 launch, also NET June, take precedence over this launch?

10 days between Satria on June 19th and Euclid on July 1st, so definetly not two. Most likely one, but I'd also not be surprised if there will be none.

Which first stage will be used for this launch?

The May 16 press briefing revealed Falcon 9 first stages are now cleared for use up to twenty times for Starlink launches. 1058.16 and 1060.16 are assumedly back in the rotation for such launches.

1076.6 and 1073.10 will eventually undergo modifications to become the Falcon Heavy side boosters for Jupiter 3 (NET September), and will therefore not be available after that work commences.

Available first stages, with UTC date of most recent recovery:
1058.16  Dec 17, 2022
1060.16  Jan 3
1069.8    May 4
1067.12  May 14 Satria
1076.6    May 19
1080.2    May 21 (may be held back for a human spaceflight launch)
1062.15  May 27
1077.6    Jun 4 (maybe)
1078.4    June 5 (maybe, may be held back for a human spaceflight launch)

Edit June 20: It's B1069.8.
No use yet designated for boosters 1058.16 and 1060.16.

JRTI is the likely ASDS.

Is that a rhetorical question, or are you just seeking an official source?

Personally, I think the answer of what first stage will be used won't come until a couple days before the launch, courtesy of SpaceX.
