海南卫星星座如何实现“海南星、海南造、海南发、海南用”?
Quote
How does the Hainan Satellite Constellation realize "Hainan Star, Hainan-made, Hainan-made, Hainan-used"?

Yang Tianliang revealed that the project team plans to start the development of the remaining six satellites in the Hainan satellite constellation in the second half of this year (Hainan-1 03/04, Sanya-1 01/02 and Sansha-1 01/02), and plans to purchase them by themselves The rocket launched six satellites in low-inclination orbits in Wenchang, which plays an important role in further increasing the revisit cycle and coverage of the satellites to Hainan.
I think this launch might be CZ-8 Y3 with 6 payloads on August 25 (source from travel firm) as below:
Hainan-1 03
Hainan-1 04
Sanya-1 01
Sanya-1 02
Sansha-1 01
Sansha-1 02

This satellite, looking forward to your name!

In recent years, China's aerospace industry has attracted much attention. In addition to cutting-edge technologies, the names of spacecraft are often eye-catching. Chang'e, Tiangong, Beidou, Tianwen, Shenzhou, Magpie Bridge, Mozi, Zhu Rong, Wukong, Xihe... These names derived from traditional Chinese mythology engraved the romantic symbols of "flower gardeners". These names not only show the long and profound cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, but also witness the glorious process of the Chinese people's step-by-step realization of the great imagination of their ancestors.

The terrestrial ecosystem carbon monitoring satellite is expected to launch in early August

Overlooking the clear waters and lush mountains from afar, it helps "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality". The terrestrial ecosystem carbon monitoring satellite supported by the national civil space infrastructure, focusing on remote sensing of the "quality" and "quality" of terrestrial ecosystems, can be used in carbon storage. Providing remote sensing monitoring services in the areas of monitoring, detailed investigation of ecological resources, monitoring and evaluation of major national ecological projects, etc., will exert the power of remote sensing for "Beautiful China" and improve my country's right to speak and dominate the response to global climate change.

The terrestrial ecosystem carbon monitoring satellite is developed by the Fifth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. Through comprehensive remote sensing methods such as laser, multi-angle, multi-spectral, hyperspectral, and polarization, it can detect vegetation biomass and productivity, and monitor atmospheric aerosol distribution. At the same time, it can meet the needs of geographic surveying and mapping, disaster assessment, remote sensing of agricultural conditions, etc., and serve users in forestry, environmental protection, surveying and mapping, meteorology, agriculture, disaster reduction and other industries, which will significantly improve the quantitative level of land remote sensing in my country.

Now everything is ready for the launch mission
Just a big name
talented friends
Please give full play to your ingenuity
Name the Terrestrial Ecosystem Carbon Monitoring Satellite!
The specific ways of participating are as follows

...

That article is dated 13 July. I believe this is the TECIS satellite, which was launched on 4 August and given the name Goumang.

That completely contradicts information that it was flying on Y80, the next CZ-3B/G3 from XSLC.

Zhongxing-1A, 1C and 1D all had a launch time at around 16:40 (from Xichang). Could the different launch window for this one be explained by the different launch site, assuming that it's indeed Zhongxing-1E?

Launch time from NOTAMs is essentially the same as for the first (failed) launch of CZ-7A with XJY-6 in March 2020.
This message reflects my personal opinion based on open sources of information.

You can see that this LM-7A is using the “short” payload fairing and - faintly seen under the 1st stage - the serial no. Y5.

It’s plausible someone will try to stream the launch in half a day but LM-7As have always been prime target for being taken down so…

And here’s the rollout as seen a few days ago:
