This is an interesting roundup of medical issues that have occurred on orbit.  Posting here because of the Insp4 relevance, but there's probably an astronaut health / medical thread somewhere that it should go to as well.

I don't know if this covers all of US human spaceflight; it probably does, so the ISS share of this is probably much smaller.  Reading the rest of the twitter thread and the slides will probably help clarify.

PSA #1: EST does NOT mean "Eastern Time".  Use "Eastern" or "ET" instead, all year round, and avoid this common error.  Google "EST vs EDT".
PSA #2: It's and its: know the difference and quietly impress grammar pedants.  Google "angry flower its" .  *** See profile for two more NSF forum tips. ***

We are about one year since Inspiration4 planification started (before being formally announced in February 2021). I am a bit surprised that no other such mission has been announced. Only the Axiom ones are expected, and Ax-1 formally approved.

Some sort of 'Osborne Effect', IMO. Potential space tourists might be waiting on the Starship for a more interesting space experience at a more reasonable price. It is one thing to have a few persons in a Crew Dragon in LEO versus a few dozen persons on a cruise looping around the Moon in a Starship with attendants and  entertainers.

I have a feeling that Inspiration4 won't be her only spaceflight.  She emerged as the face of the Inspiration4 mission IMHO, and is a great ambassador for spaceflight in general.

Thank you @ArceneauxHayley for visiting @mason_lab to improve sample collection methodology in spaceflight!

Hayley is filming how sample collections were performed on #SpaceX Dragon during #inspiration4 to aid microgravity experiment design and #spacebasedresearch.

My last time in the cupola before coming back to earth 🥹 hard to leave but I was so grateful for the experience. I said I would keep share the experience with everyone & for that reason I wrote my book WILD RIDE.

Do private astronauts have to get a license from NOAA to take photos with their phone (or DSLR or whatever) from orbit?

I do recall this with our Nikon camera but not the iPhones.

It was definitely a shock to see my daughter come home from her school’s book fair with a picture of her dad. She couldn’t wait to show me when she found @inspiration4x in her book! ❤️

What is really cool is that SpaceX is beginning to open up space to people who are not (as you choose to call it) "actual astronauts".  I think a lot of other people deserve to experience the wonders of space and what a great example Inspiration4 was. It showed that you can perform perfectly well in space without being a steely-eyed missile man.

Steely-eyed missile man is not an accurate description of Robert Thirsk.
