SpaceX has submitted an annual report on the constellation (past and future filings can be found here)

Crossposting the above from the Maneuvers thread to ask this question in a better place.

From the attached PDF (emphasis added):
Quote
1. Space station(s) not available for service or otherwise not performing to specifications as of
May 31 of the current year, any spectrum within the scope of SpaceX’s Part 25 license that
the space station is unable to use, the cause(s) of these difficulties, and the date when the
space station was taken out of service or the malfunction was identified.

Did SpaceX just straight up ignore the bolded part of the reporting requirement?

no they have not it. It's a mega-installation and the individual dates or numbers would clutter the letter already (not speaking about future constellation stages). They have mentioned numbers, claimed "no harm" (critical point) and mentioned the process. It is not a technical report. It is a  legal document.
It's not that different from the mobile operators (which were used obviously as an example by the spacex lawyers).

Yes, at least publicly.  I'm not sure what the actual requirement for public reporting is.

Just to be clear in case there's any confusion, that 2AWHPR201 is regarding UTR-201 -- i.e., the Router rather than the Antenna.

SpaceX submitted a 57 pages long response to the opposition to relocate all already authorized Starlink shells down to 540-570 km. I don't have time to read. Hopefully somebody can summarize.

Looks like they are reasserting that their analysis showing orbital collisions are less than what is required for a new constellations. They summarized that the proposed 540 KM satellites would have lower lifespan than the previously proposed 1000KM (well duh). Finally, they talked some about people being concerned with radio interference. SpaceX asserts that the concerned party's analysis shows that no interference would occur.

(From the summary. Haven't looked at body of report)
Starships are meant to fly

They largely sidestep the couple points made in the opposition filings that might actually be relevant.  It will be interesting to see if the FCC asks another round of questions or not.

New Gateway in Evanston, WY.  It's filed as SES-AMD instead of SES-LIC, so I kinda expect it to be refiled.

Looking at the Application form it looks like this is amending SESLIC2020040200366 for Coalville, UT and requesting authorization to relocate the station.

The Evanston site is only about 25 miles from the Coalville site.

They could have mentioned that in the narrative.

Talk about a tiny bump in the road ... I’ve been to Tracy City. There’s not a whole lot there and the community population has been in steady decline for a couple decades. The coordinates in the filings are along a minor 2-lane north-south highway out in the middle of nowhere. I haven’t found a recent fiber map but this has to be another example of a convenient location with cheap real estate, fiber access and a clear view of the sky from their site.

Here's a second Alaska location very near the Prudhoe Bay location.
Kuparuk, AK
https://fcc.report/IBFS/SES-LIC-INTR2020-02460

Maybe just relocating the Prudhoe Bay site?
