View of the cut so far. Problems (again) with the foot restraint rotating and not locking Oleg in place.

Oleg passing on the shears for now and just hacking away one-handedly with the knife.

Lots (too much) debris, shards of foil, etc... are being generated by this hacking and cutting?

An unmanagble cloud of debris now surrounding ISS?  Sure it is insulation, cloth, foil, but how is this to be mitigated?

Maybe they could move the reboost scheduled for the 27th up and get away from it.

It has a much larger drag coefficient so won't stay around it for long. Hopefully they have determined there is not much risk of it getting tangled up in structure though.
