Well yeah, and probably Androids or iPhones and maybe Google Maps, too.
There is a difference between using existing imagery (e.g. Google/Apple/Bing maps, etc) of a location taken at an unknown time - and generally rather sketchy uniformity and georeferencing - and issuing new tasking orders for fresh imagery of a specific location.  The question would be - if the reporting is indeed correct - whether this was a KYC failure on the part of Maxar, or whether Maxar's client was the one that provided (or leaked) imagery onwards.
