My suspicions of Crew-13's composition are:

CDR Luke Daniel Delaney (NASA)
PLT Joshua Peter Kutryk (Canadian Space Agency)
MS-1 Jessica Andrea Watkins (NASA) 2nd mission (Crew-4)
MS-2 Sergey Aleksandrovich Teteryatnikov (Roscosmos)!

I think Stephanie Wilson will get the MS-1 seat.

I think one of them Wilson or Watkins will go to Artemis 3 the question is which one?

I think Wilson gets Crew 13. She is Class of 1996 and will be 60 years old this year.

Watkins is Class of 2017 and is only 37, so she has some years left in her for a future assignment.

So there is backup crew for Crew-12
CDR Luke Daniel Delaney (NASA)
PLT Joshua Peter Kutryk (Canadian Space Agency)
MS-1 Jessica Andrea Watkins (NASA) 2nd mission (Crew-4)
The Russian cosmonaut is not participating because Fedayev does not formally have a backup.

What about Teteratnikov, wasn't he a deputy?

In my opinion the Russian on Crew 13 will be either Teteryaknikov or Sergei Korsakov.

We know already that it will be Teteryaknikov.

Can Watkins go from MS-2 to pilot?

In theory, sure, but to what end? Kutryk at this point is likely pretty far along in his training.

В Центре подготовки космонавтов начались зимние «выживания»

Winter survival training is a mandatory part of general space training and is conducted at least once every five years, or one year before flight for a formed crew. The first conditional crew includes Roscosmos cosmonauts Dmitry Petelin and Konstantin Borisov, and NASA astronaut Denise Burnham. The second crew consists of Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Kononenko and Alexander Grebyonkin, and NASA astronaut Marcos Berríos.

If confirmed, a 240-day (eight-month) mission may increase Oleg Kononenko's logged spaceflight time to at least 1,350 days; on top of him making his sixth trip to space.
SECO confirmed. Nominal orbit insertion.

Wow! I'm surprised that Kononenko may be flying again, but I'm also surprised Berrios, a pilot, is on Soyuz and not commercial crew.

Not too far shy of 4 years of his life spent in space. Potentially. Wow!

I believe there is going to be an attempt to communicate directly between Orion and ISS during the Artemis II mission. How intentional was it to have Christina Koch's "space sister" Jessica Meir onboard Station for that?

Russia is apparently going to be training a cosmonaut from Myanmar: https://tass-ru.translate.goog/kosmos/26563661?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US. I'll be interested to see whether there's another tourist Soyuz (a la MS-20), especially with talk of sending Anastasia Lenkova up as well, or whether this will more like MS-25, which could potentially lead to a 14-to-16-month stay for a Soyuz crew. Regardless of what type of short-duration flight it is, I wonder if Sergei Prokopyev will be CDR--that would take him away from his management duties for a shorter length of time than a long-duration flight.

Maybe if Apollo 9 astronauts David Scott and Rusty Schweikart are still around, they could fly Artemis III
