World Satellite Business Week is Sept. 11-15 in Paris.  Often get some satellite or launch contract news during the event.

The AIAA Space 2017 conference is currently scheduled for September 12-14 in Orlando, but that could be affected by Hurricane Irma.  They'll give an update in a couple of days.

If the conference does take place, the schedule of talks can be found here:
http://space.aiaa.org/detailedprogram1/

A couple of sessions that might have broad interest to our group:

Wed. Sep. 13, 1400-1530 EDT : Commercial Crew Program Update

Thu. Sep. 14, 1400-1530 EDT : U.S. Launch Vehicles in the 2020s

Since the meeting was cancelled they made a lot of papers freely accessible through Dec. 31, 2017.  There are papers on all sorts of space topics, a couple I noticed at first glance were dealing with the status of the Orion service module and some papers about the NASA infrared imaging of SpaceX supersonic retropropulsion.
