Soyuz-FG/Soyuz MS-08 roll out.

Today, March 19, the medium-sized Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the manned spacecraft new Soyuz MS-08 series, was taken out of the assembly and test building and installed at the starting site of the № 1 "Gagarin launch" cosmodrome .

Work on the program of the first starting day has begun.

Tomorrow, March 20, at the session of the State Commission will be approved the composition of crews of "Soyuz MS-08" and expedition ISS-55/56, and then cosmonauts and astronauts answer the questions of journalists at the pre-launch press conference.

Launch of Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with Soyuz MS-08 is scheduled for March 21, 2018 from the site № 1 ("Gagarin start") of the Baikonur Cosmodrome."

T-2hrs 55mins and counting.  Crew is on their way to launch pad 1/5 (site No. 1 "Gagarin Start") at this time per the countdown ops checklist.
