How tall of a tower would you need on the rim of the crater to keep line of sight with the Earth?

Have an LSAM with a lot of extra juice in her to hover over a crater and drop one in.  ;)

These frozen orbits are not a brand-new discovery.  Chauncey Uphoff identified these lunar polar frozen orbits about ten years ago.
