I will try to explain myself better. For the "fast rendez-vous" 6h flight profile, there are two requirements:
- Soyouz/Progress needs to be able to perform the ascent profile.
- The ISS needs to perform a minor change of orbit.

For this part, I think it is clear for everyone.

The question/debate is about the ISS maneuver.
Has this maneuver already been performed without the thruster of a Progress vessel? If the answer is "no", then would the russian part consider doing it with only the ISS Zvezda(or FSB?) thrusters, or would it be necessary to move a Progress to the rear ISS docking port?

Not only this, but the 6h maneuver needs a Progress vessel to be docked on the rear of the zvezda module, right?

No. They can dock to any Russian docking port, with or without the quick rendez-vous profile.
I think he meant the requirement to supply impulse to the ISS for DAMs and orbit correction without using the FGB's thrusters/propellant.

Yes that's what I meant. I actually don't know if the short rendez-vous has already been done with only FGB thrusters. I thought the ISS fuel supplies were kept in case of emergencies and thus, only Progress could perform the maneuver (then requiring one Progress on Zvezda's rear docking port).
ISS attitude changes are done by the US CMGs. The RS thrusters (Zvezda which is the SM, not Zarya which is the FGB) are just used for CMG desaturation. The preferred docking location for a Progress is actually DC-1 nadir due to the Progress ability to to help out with roll control. But the station can do just fine without a Progress.

All of this has nothing to do with a Soyuz/Progress ability to execute a Rapid Rendezvous Profile.

MEDIA ADVISORY M16-136

NASA Television to Air International Space Station Cargo Ship Launch, Docking

A Russian cargo spacecraft is set to launch Thursday, Dec. 1, to deliver more than two and a half tons of food, fuel and supplies to the International Space Station crew. Coverage on NASA Television and the agency’s website begins at 9:30 a.m. EST ahead of the 9:51 a.m. (8:51 p.m. Baikonur time) launch.

The unpiloted Russian Progress 65 will launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.

The spacecraft is set to dock to the rear port of the space station’s Zvezda Service Module at 11:43 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. NASA TV coverage of rendezvous and docking will begin at 11 a.m. The Progress 65 will spend more than six months docked to the station before departing in June for its deorbit into the Earth’s atmosphere.

The representatives of the Technical Management and State Commission at Baikonur cosmodrome issued a decision on readiness of th Rocket and Space Complex (RSC) consisting of new-series logistics vehicle Progress МS-04 and launch vehicle Soyuz-U for their roll out and erection on the launch pad.

Today the final assembly of the rocket and space complex was successfully completed. During the day the orbital module with the vehicle were mated to the upper stage in the integration and checkout facility for launch vehicles (LV ICF).

The launch of Progress MS-04 under the International Space Station (ISS) program is scheduled on December 1, 2016.

The vehicle will deliver to the ISS about 2.5 tons of various cargo, including ”dry” cargo, propellant in the combined propulsion system and refueling system tanks, water and compressed gases. Scientific equipment and components for the life support system, as well as containers with food, clothing, medical supplies and personal hygiene items for the crewmembers are stowed in the cargo compartment.

RSC Energia: The launch vehicle with Progress MS-04 logistics vehicle is installed on the launch pad

November 29, 2016

Medium capacity launch vehicle Soyuz-U with new-series logistics vehicle Progress МS-04 was carried out from the integration and checkout facility and erected at the launch pad of Launch Site No.1 (Gagarin’s launch pad) of Baikonur cosmodrome.

Specialists from RSC Energia and other ROSCOSMOS enterprises involved in the prelaunch processing are performing final processing operations at the launch site. Prelaunch tests of the rocket and space complex systems and assemblies are being conducted, the onboard systems and ground equipment interfaces are being checked, and telemetry is being analyzed.

The launch of Progress MS-04 under the International Space Station (ISS) program is scheduled on December 1, 2016 at 17:51:52 Moscow time.

Progress MS-04 carries the first Orlan-MKS spacesuit.  Do we know what its serial number is?

Fueling of Soyuz-U began just over 3 hours ago (roughly 4hrs before the scheduled liftoff today).  The Soyuz-U, in total, carries 12 propellant tanks that will be filled with a combined total of 274,000 kg (604,066.5 lb) of Kerosene and LOX.
