Coolant servicer valve (still closed) visible after an MLI flap was opened.

"Manual valve" (клапан ручной) visible under the valve panel.
Waving to Dextre!

KR (right) valve closed, two KR-1 and KR-2 left valves open (nominal).

Standing by to open the left valve and allow coolant fluid flow.

And left KR valve open!

Opening fluid connectors on the zenith worksite now.

Fluid connector #11 fully open.

Cosmonauts monitoring fluid connectors (I guess for leaks?). EDIT: Yes, for leaks. Reporting everything dry, no leaks.

Standing by 4 minutes.

Good view of the unencumbered base of the newly deployed RTOd Nauka radiator while it's filling, and the similar-purposed yet much larger TCSS radiators on the USOS truss, including the innocuously delaminated panel.

Also, cosmonaut reflection on a space mirror, also known as heat rejection panel on an ERA end effector ;)

Also awesome views of the Station's underbelly  :o

Now opening fluid connector #10 (after having opened #11 and letting the 5 monitoring minutes elapse by).

Funnily, the word гнездо ("nest") is written below... a reference to the USOS' "rat's nest" between Z1 and S0?

Connector #10 open, monitoring 5 minutes. The ShK airlock and the ERA, subjects of prior recent VKD spacewalks, now in full view next to Prokopiev and the RTOd radiator in the foreground.

Go to close MLI flaps on the coolant servicer.
-DaviD-

Everything nominal, so they will move to ERA to install gap spanners along the length of its two main booms, between existing handrails, to aid in future spacewalker translations. Meanwhile, the radiator will keep on filling.
-DaviD-

Offline eeergo

Now proceeding with the gap spanner (orange tether with climbing hooks at each end) installation on the first ERA boom.
-DaviD-

Offline eeergo

Prokopiev also wire-tying a loose hoop to the hook for eventual future convenience.
-DaviD-

Offline eeergo

Good views of the overall worksite. Gap spanner just installed is barely visible (mostly the hook) on the right ERA boom.

Right on time. Spacewalkers now taking a break basking in the sun ("feels nice", they commented).

Translating along the circular handrail at the nadir end of Nauka just over the Prichal node. PAO says they will be removing a handrail, but I didn't remember seeing that in the virtual preview video?

Getahead task

Offline eeergo

Handrail reported as free. No Ku coverage to see it in live views.

Offline eeergo

Installing another handrail. Still no Ku.

Apparently it's a shortcut spanner connecting Prichal (not Rassvet, the PAO today is pretty clueless and continuously misspeaking, sadly) and Nauka's nadir.

Wondering why the get-ahead task was prioritized over installing the gap spanner between handrails on the other ERA boom... or was that not supposed to happen at all, contrary to the DOUG animation?

Shortcut handrail just installed visible on the lefthand side of the image (silvery rails). Cosmonauts commenting how the area can now accommodate more spacewalkers.
