This drop zone is between route of March 21/ March 30 lauch, but with different DATE, I am not sure if this is a new launch.
The VCCF NOTAM is only used by Shuangquxian-1.

Looks like the NOTAM for this one has just been cancelled again (which fits in with what an insider reported some hours earlier, although they didn't specify if it's Hyperbola-1 or Tianlong-2 that was delayed, only "a private LSP's rocket").

Has i-Space made technical tweaks to the Hyperbola-1 rocket earmarked for this month's launch so that it doesn't suffer the technical issues that caused the 2021 and 2022 launches of the Hyperbola-1 to fail to reach orbit?

Yes, but in previous attempts a new one would be issued which nail the launch date down to a single day. This has not happened yet and the zone is active till the 8th.

(there's also an insider reporting yet another delay)
