This is the 2nd of 2 potential launches out of JSLC towards an orbit of 51-ish degrees inclination with unusual drop zones and nothing at all that could identify the details of either of them. The recent use of the LM-2/4 pad probably points to KZ-1A or CZ-11 as the LV, but this is merely a guess.

Cross-post:

I think this has increased chances that these two launches are KZ-1As (not that there are much alternatives available with JSLC’s main CZ-2/4 pad just being used, but CZ-11 is an option).

The HEAD 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 3, 4, 5 (Hede 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 3, 4, 5) of Gunter's Space Page said that HEAD 2C/2D are not launched yet, but base on link at 喜报|祝贺交通VDES试验星——和德二号E/F星发射成功, HEAD-2C/2D had been launched!

Interesting! Unfortunately, there's no record of Hede 2C/2D being launched. Perhaps they were launched on the failed 12 September 2020 launch of KZ-1A, but the article does say "orbiting satellites".

You can find 和德宇航“天行者“星座第四颗卫星成功发射, the 4th Sat. of HEAD-4 was launched.

The fourth satellite of Hede Aerospace "Skywalker" constellation successfully launched

Published on: 2020-05-31

At 16:53 on May 31, 2020, the Hede-4 satellite developed by Beijing Hede Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hede Aerospace") was successfully launched at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center and successfully entered the scheduled orbit. After the satellite completes the in-orbit test, it will be networked with the "Hede 1" satellite launched in 2017 and the "Hede 2 A/B" satellite launched in 2019. After satellite networking, it will provide global customers with marine and aviation big data application services based on ship AIS data and aircraft ADS-B data.

I guess the HEAD-1 is HEAD-1st, HEAD-2A is HEAD-2nd, and HEAD-2B is HEAD-3rd, then HEAD-4th is HEAD-2C, and HEAD-5th (launched June 17, 2020) is HEAD-2D.
