After the finishing of YaoGan-30 01 tracking mission, Yuan Wang 3 is going home. The ETA is Oct 11. So, no more GTO missions in the coming weeks. I would assume the BD-3 will be the next mission in XSLC

China to launch remote sensing satellite for Venezuela next week
Quote
China is set to launch a remote sensing satellite for Venezuela on October 9, marking the third satellite collaboration between the Asian and Latin American countries.

The one tonne Venezuelan Remote Sensing Satellite-2 (VRSS-2) will be sent into a Sun synchronous orbit by a Long March 2D rocket, launching from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre in the Gobi Desert at around 12:10 local time (04:10 UTC) according to airspace notifications.

There are 3 launches left from XSLC in this year, these suppose to be two more BD3 missions and Alcomsat-1

When is 3B returning to flight?
I think by the end of the year, with a launch for an international customer.

so this would mean out of the 3, only Alcomsat-1 launching in 2017?

Well on Chinese forums the next launch out of Xichang is reported to be on November 3, which is more or less "end of year".  ;) Still plenty of time left to get another 2-4 away before 2017 ends.  ;)

If the CGWIC person interviewed is correct, then yes. However earlier sources seem to indicate that BDS will go first so....  ???

The BDS will be carried by CZ-3B/YZ-1 on Nov 3, and CZ-3B will be just for Alcomsat-1 in the very end of 2017

A few launches were certainly delayed to 2017. I don't expect GF-6 Gaofen-6 and SaudiSAT-5B to launch this year. Maybe we will see one or two more Yaogan Weixing being sent to orbit.

From Space Intel Report, Peter B. de Selding, October 16, 2017
China Great Wall Industry Corp.: A ‘bumpy’ year for satellite launches, but returning to flight

Quote
At the APSCC conference here on Oct. 11, China Great Wall Industry Corp. (GCWIC) Executive Vice President Fu Ziheng discussed the status the post-failure investigations.
<snip>
After the [CZ-5] failure we suspended all Long March launches, including LEO and GEO.

Apparently, this included ALL launchers, not just the models that had failed or partial failures?
