Seems more like Progress MS-14 de-orbit to me, the zone's shape looks too steep to be for a 42 degrees inclination orbit, and it doesn't fit with the SSO planned for next Vega either.

Someone visiting XSLC today noticed a rocket being stacked on pad 3 - not the usual CZ-3B but a CZ-2C! Local tour operators have noted the next launch there is "around May 7".

Perhaps it's for another batch of YG-30 triplets?  :-\

There are reports from tour operators that 4 launches from Xichang and 2 launches from Wenchang are expected in May-June. That's very interesting because the only known one at Wenchang in that period is Tianzhou 2 in May (the same source claims a launch time of early morning LT May 20 for it)! Maybe, just maybe, we are going to see something else going up on the LM-7A or LM-8 in June?

Or heck, since official reports note that the LM-5 production team "will undergo post-launch maintenance in preparation for their next launch", maybe even a surprise LM-5!?

After YG-30-08 launched it was reported that they plan for another 7 (!) LM-2C launches this year. They also reported that procedures are being simplified to compress launch processing flows starting with the launch campaign for YG-30-10, so at least two more such triplets are going up soon.

Maybe even more since tour operators at Xichang is reporting 2 launches per month there through to August. Next one there should be FY-4B.

There is reportedly a CZ-2F/T said to already be in JSLC.  Both MLP's and highbays are presently reserved for the primary and rescue Shenzhou spacecraft's CZ-2F/G launchers. It will have an MLP for stacking to begin one the primary one flies.
