That "Ministry of Agriculture" is a parody reference to classified payloads.

If you read the official news for any Chinese spysat launch, many of them lists "crops production measurements" as one of the satellites' functions (which they are more than capable of).

There's also the thing that one of CCTV's (the Chinese state television broadcaster) TV channel, CCTV-7, is the dedicated "Military and Agriculture" channel. Yeah, no kidding.

Huh, assumed it was a remote sensing spysat but thought the ministry of agriculture is an "official cover". TIL

Well, if we have an Yaogan Weixing designation we will know the nature of the payload. But a new designation would be very apreciated.

So its a triplet launch with with likely 3 more groups of triplets to launch by Chinese New Year like the 4 out of XSLC.
