Aviation hazard light question

i dont know what im doing as far as posting and things of that nature, so my question will be posted via this reply lol sorry. any info given by anyone pertaining to the water tower by Glenn? is red light on water tower , indicating Safing?

No. The red lights on the water tower are standard aviation obstruction lighting. They improve the visibility of tall structures (such as Blue's water tower at LC-36) at night, in areas where aircraft may be operating at low altitudes.

that makes sense, and when they blink white?

They usually start blinking white when twilight enters. And then go to permanent red during dusk, and all of the night. That's basically the standard being used all over the planet.

7:11:05p , well into darkness. white lights flashing. it was red at 6:32:11. those timestamps are from the most recent NG SF stream from other day, for reference.
