I vote for a huge nasaspaceflight meet at Hazy.

Not a bad idea in years to come to have meets where the orbiters are...although I think Atlantis at KSC is a clear fav for my "to do" list.

And welcome to the site's forum, Tim. Nice photo sir.

I think it's a great idea for shuttle huggers to meet other shuttle huggers. :)

I would for sure be down for a meet at Atlantis' home. She's my favorite orbiter. Maybe Nasaspaceflight could get an exclusive tour of KSC too.

That would be fun! I let my daughter (6 years old) pick where we go on vacation this summer. She said she wants to go see all four orbiters. So we are trying to come up with a name for our 2013 orbiter tour and we are going to get t-shirts made before we leave. :D Her favorite is Discovery. She has never seen one up close. She drools over the pictures on here of Discovery at Udvar-Hazy.

To make your trip complete and all four corners of the lower 48, maybe you should plan on stopping in Seattle to visit the Shuttle trainer so you can walk in and view the interior, something you can't do on the other four.

It's going to be awsome to see Atlantis again this summer, but it will be a little strange, Atlantis was the only one that I ever saw fly. I've only seen Discovery and Endeavour up close in the VAB, but i've only seen Atlantis from a distance.
