This Roscosmos is strange in its information policy: from the start of the Soyuz MS-18, it began to publish the exact start time with thousandths of a second.
Maybe it pulls it from the NSF forum?

What is happening that now SpaceX or NASA does not publish such data and Roscosmos publishes, it's a bit strange!

MOSCOW, May 20 - RIA Novosti. The promising Russian multifunctional satellite system Sphere, the creation of which was set by Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2018, will lose a large number of remote sensing satellites in comparison with earlier versions of the system, follows from the materials of Roskosmos at the disposal of RIA Novosti.
The first deputy general director of Roscosmos, Yuri Urlichich, at a round table in Moscow on Wednesday said that the system would have about 380 satellites, which is a third less than previously assumed. Earlier, Roskosmos reported that it will include 542 spacecraft.
The number of communication satellites in the system practically did not change. As before, it is planned to create seven Express satellites, four Express-RV satellites, 12 Skif devices for broadband Internet access and 264 Marathon satellites for the Internet of things. Only the Yamal satellites (operator Gazprom Space Services) became two fewer (two instead of four).
According to the materials of the state corporation, the second component of the Sphere system, the constellation of Earth remote sensing satellites, has undergone serious reductions. Three satellites "Smotr" were not touched, but the grouping of "Berkut" satellites was sharply reduced. Instead of 211 optical observation devices "Berkut-O" and "Berkut-VD", now it is planned to create a total of 84 devices. And instead of 37 radar "Berkut-X" and "Berkut-XLP" - 12 such devices. Previously, the deployment of the factions was expected from 2022 to 2028. New terms are not indicated in the materials.

Sanctions (and COVID quarantines?) have really "done a number" on satellite construction in Russia.  There has been only one military satellite launch from Plesetsk thus far in 2021.

No news probably means no news--but may anyone share some insight on what and when we'll see launch from Plesetsk in the near future?

EDIT to add: What indications are there, if any, as to the relative priorities of the several military programs?

MOSCOW, May 29 - RIA Novosti. The launch of the first radar Earth observation satellite, Obzor-R, is planned for next year, said Valery Zaichko, deputy director of the Roskosmos navigation space systems department.

Speaking during hearings at the State Duma today, Dmitri Rogozin has confirmed what has been obvious all along, namely that Western sanctions are having a major impact on the Russian launch schedule. "We have more than enough rockets, but nothing to place into orbit with them", he said. Many satellites are nearly fully assembled, but still awaiting electronic components that cannot be delivered due to the sanctions. Rogozin said that in the past three years Roscosmos has increased the production of domestic space-rated electronic components by 2.5 times. So far this does not seem to be having much effect though.

The statistics only confirm Rogozin's words. This year Russia has conducted just eight space launches, with only four of those carrying Russian-built payloads (Kosmos-2549, Progress MS-16, Arktika-M, Soyuz MS-18). There is a tremendous backlog of unlaunched satellites, including many high-priority payloads for the Ministry of Defense.

MOSCOW, June 13 - RIA Novosti. The launch of 36 British communication satellites OneWeb can be carried out in October from the Vostochny cosmodrome in case of a delay in sending the Russian automatic station Luna-25 to the Moon, a source in the rocket and space industry told RIA Novosti.
Earlier, the general director of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin told RIA Novosti that the launch of Luna-25 from Vostochny could be postponed from October 2021 due to delays in the supply of instruments and testing of the station. He later clarified that the start could be postponed to early 2022.
"If the start of Luna-25 is shifted from October 2021 to May 2022, then on October 7 a Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with 36 OneWeb satellites will be launched from Vostochny," the source said.
Another agency source confirmed this information.
